This agreement outlines the terms and nature of coaching services provided by Rebecca E Stone LLC (“Stone”), a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company.

Scope of Services

Stone offers virtual coaching services focused on relational healing, personal growth, and transformation. These services may include individual sessions, group coaching, educational programs, and other forms of personal development support.

Coaching provided by Stone is not medical care, psychotherapy, or mental health counseling. It does not include diagnosis, treatment, or advice regarding medical or mental health conditions, and it is not a substitute for licensed healthcare or mental health services. Clients are advised to seek care from licensed physicians or mental health professionals for any condition that may require medical or psychological treatment.

If you are in need of a mental health assessment, counseling, or psychotherapy, we are happy to provide referrals upon request.

Credentials

Stone coaches hold advanced degrees in fields such as Social Work and Mental Health Counseling. While they may be licensed as mental health professionals in certain states, they are not operating in that capacity within the coaching relationship. Coaching is not considered a healthcare service requiring licensure, and the possession of a professional license does not imply that these services are superior to those of unlicensed coaches.

Confidentiality

Stone is committed to protecting your privacy. All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential, and will only be disclosed with your written consent or as required by law. Legal exceptions to confidentiality may include circumstances involving imminent harm to yourself or others, or a valid court order.

Please note that while we take precautions to protect your information, no method of electronic communication can be guaranteed 100% secure. By participating in coaching, you accept this inherent risk in digital communication.

As a participant, you also agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared by your coach or other participants (in the case of group programs).

Payment & Cancellation

Fees for coaching services must be paid in full in advance or according to a mutually agreed-upon payment plan. Services not paid for in advance will not be provided.

For group programs, if you are unable to attend a session, a recording (when applicable) will be made available to you.
All payments are non-refundable.

In individual coaching, if you need to cancel a session, advance notice of at least 48 hours is required to avoid being charged in full.

  • You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared by your coach or other group participants.

  • You accept the payment, cancellation, and confidentiality policies outlined above.
